- Go to the Departures Hall, behind the baggage check-in counters.
- The customs office for tax refund is located opposite check-in counter no. 4.
- For cabin baggage only, a second option is available after security checks: go to the customs office at gate T66, past the border police.

- For checked baggage, get your form validated before check-in.
- For cabin baggage only, you can also have your form validated after security, at Gates T (gate T66).
- Outside the opening hours of the Departures office, go to the Arrivals Hall customs office (level -1), open 24/7.
