How to find customs

• Go to the Departures area.
• Head towards gate 12.
• The PABLO kiosks and the customs office are located nearby (when the terminal is open).

Tips and warnings

• Cash Paris kiosks are not PABLO kiosks. Only PABLO kiosks can validate your tax refund forms.
• If you need a paper version of your tax refund forms, you can print them at any pharmacy inside CDG airport (printing fees reimbursed by Zapptax).

• Meanwhile: use the neighbouring terminals (2A or 2E).
