How to find customs

• Go to the Arrivals area.
• Head towards the « Brioche Dorée » bakery.
• The PABLO kiosks and the customs office are located near the bakery.

Tips and warnings

• Due to the specific layout of Terminal 3, a phone number is displayed on site to reach customs: +33 1 48 16 08 13.
• Cash Paris kiosks are not PABLO kiosks. Only PABLO kiosks can validate your tax refund forms.
• If you need a paper version of your tax refund forms, you can print them at any pharmacy inside CDG airport (printing fees reimbursed by Zapptax).
• Do not drop your tax refund form into a mailbox at the airport, even if a customs agent suggests it. These mailboxes belong to other tax refund operators and you would lose your proof of export.

• PABLO kiosks: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Customs office: approximately 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Night-time (11:00 PM - 5:00 AM): no customs service available, contact Zapptax for the post-departure validation procedure.
